Terms of use

Last updated 29 September 2026. These terms cover the Mock Clinic website. Practice accounts have their own terms, which you accept when you sign up.

Using this website

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Educational use only

Mock Clinic is an educational tool for practising consultation skills for clinical exams. All cases and patients are fictional. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and it must not be used to make decisions about real patients.

Mock Clinic is independent. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any Royal College, the GMC, the Medical Schools Council or any medical school. Exam names are used only to describe what our practice material is for.

No guarantee of results

Practice scores and feedback are a guide to help you improve. They are not a prediction of your exam result, and we can't guarantee that using Mock Clinic will help you pass.

The content on this website belongs to us or our licensors. You may view it for your own personal use, but you may not copy, republish or sell it without our permission.

Liability

We provide this website as it is and don't promise that it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Changes and law

We may update these terms from time to time, and the date above shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
